1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) subject to completed KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account matching the registered account holder's identity. Mismatched accounts will result in delays or cancellation.
• 88ffb does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are your responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bets placed on 88ffb — whether on live cricket, football, the Bangladesh Premier League, kabaddi, or any other sport or casino game — are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying bet details (stake, odds, market selection) before submission. 88ffb does not accept responsibility for errors made by the user at the time of placing a bet.

Prohibited betting practices include, but are not limited to:

• Arbitrage betting, scalping, or any other systematic exploitation of odds differences to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software tools that place bets without direct human interaction.
• Collusion with other users, match-fixing, or exploiting known errors in odds or game logic.

Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. All associated bets and winnings may be voided, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ffb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption. Our total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

88ffb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, money laundering, underage gambling, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. In such cases, 88ffb may withhold any balance pending investigation.
